When buying fresh from the restaurant, our family packs can be refrigerated for up to 1 week or frozen for up to 1 month from date of purchase. Noodles, chashu, sauces and any vegetables should be stored in the fridge. Nori, sesame seeds, oils & vinegar can be safely stored in room temperature. Our frozen packs will have a Use By date on our labels. Please do not refreeze any thawed food products.

Mr Yum Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards customers for their purchases. By joining the program, you can earn points that can be redeemed for discounts and other benefits.
You will have the option to join your loyalty program after you have completed your order. You will then be presented with a screen displaying how many points you could’ve received - prompting you to enter your email address to join. If you already have your email address associated with their Mr Yum account, you will only have to press the ‘get my points’ button to join - simple as that!
You can earn points by making purchases at IIKO Mazesoba through Mr Yum. For every dollar you spend, you will earn 100 points.
100 points is equivalent to $0.10
Therefore it is equivalent to earning back 10% of every purchase.
You can redeem your points for discounts on future purchases at IIKO Mazesoba using Mr Yum. When placing an order on Mr Yum, you will be given an option to use your points to pay.
Yes, you can use your Mr Yum Rewards at both IIKO Mazesoba Darling Square and Barangaroo. You can earn at one store and spend in the other as long as you are ordering & redeeming via Mr Yum.
Your points balance will be shown to you when you are placing an order on Mr Yum.
No, Mr Yum Rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
